Filled eyebrows > Sparse eyebrows
1) Estée Lauder Eyebrow Pencil in Medium Brown. You can buy these at a dept store or sephora but they sell it cheaper at the Navy Exchange. I forgot the price of this ~_~
2) Maybelline Define A Brow. Sold at any drugstore for about $7. I use dark blonde which is actually a neutral brown.
Both formula are dry so that it doesn't transfer. Provides a natural look.
3) NYX Cake Powder (apply with an angled brush). I bought mine at a Plaza Bonita store called Fresca for $6. I use Taupe/Ash.
Two colors are given so you can mix and match for your perfect shade! I like to use this if I want extra thick and soft eyebrows
